BIO Taka is a food stylist based in New York, and a recipe developer certified in nutritional therapy. She grew up in Tokyo, London, New York and Seattle, tasting diverse flavors and cooking with ingredients from around the world. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband and son, and travels regularly to Japan and Europe. She enjoys being part of a creative and collaborative team, going above and beyond what is expected and contributing to a fun, positive vibe at the studio. Her former training as a pianist along with her background in Japanese cuisine have helped her develop exceptional fine-motor skills with her knives and chopsticks. What family and friends enjoy most, though, is her ability to cook delicious and nutritious meals with whatever she finds in her fridge.
